Solid and engineered boards, nailed, glued or floated depending on the subfloor.

Click systems with the right underlay and expansion gaps for the room.
Luxury vinyl
Rigid core, glue down and loose lay, including wet areas.
Subfloor prep
Levelling, screed, moisture checks and lifting the old floor away.
Finishing
Trims, thresholds, skirting, silicone lines and a clean handover.
How it runs
From first message to sign off
1. Send the details
Room sizes, the floor you like and when you need it done. Photos help more than you think.
2. We price the job
Material, trim and labour in one figure, with the waste allowance written out so it is clear what you are paying for.
3. A fitter visits
Measurements checked on site and the subfloor looked at properly before anything is ordered.
4. Fitting and sign off
The floor is laid, the site is cleared, and you sign it off with us still on the thread.
