Brand names

Manufacturer and range names shown on this site belong to their owners. We use them to describe the products we sell, which does not imply the manufacturer endorses us beyond our normal trading relationship.

Agreement of purchase

Buying through this site means accepting our terms and conditions. You can read them in full before you pay, and you can cancel at that point if you do not agree with them.

Once you place the order, the invoice stands as the agreement between us. Claims about the material must be raised within two working days of delivery and before installation, with the goods still in their original packaging. Installing flooring counts as accepting it.

Accuracy of content

Product information comes from distributors, manufacturers and other suppliers. We do our best to keep it correct, but we cannot be held responsible for data a third party gets wrong, and we do not accept liability for typing errors.

Images are a guide. Real tile, stone and timber vary in colour and texture from piece to piece, and that variation is part of the material rather than a fault.

We check orders for pricing and product errors before processing them. If something looks wrong, we contact you first.

Advertised prices

Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. An advertised price applies while it is published and does not apply to orders already placed.
